del Alcalde, el director del Instituto Municipal de Cultura entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento a <strong>Frumencio Urbano Mojica<\/strong> por su valiosa gesti\u00f3n para traer a Fresnillo el <strong>busto de Beethoven<\/strong>, donado por Alemania, y por su impulso continuo a la difusi\u00f3n de la obra del compositor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este homenaje, realizado en la colonia Electricistas, marc\u00f3 el cierre de los <strong>Encuentros Ponc\u00edsticos<\/strong>, fortaleciendo el intercambio cultural y acercando la m\u00fasica y las artes a los espacios p\u00fablicos de nuestro
