centrales:<br>\u2705 <strong>Fresnillo Seguro<\/strong>: Refuerzo a la seguridad p\u00fablica, prevenci\u00f3n del delito y justicia.<br>\u2705 <strong>Fresnillo Pr\u00f3spero<\/strong>: Desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, social y agropecuario, impulsando a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas locales.<br>\u2705 <strong>Fresnillo Digno<\/strong>: Mejora de los servicios p\u00fablicos esenciales como agua potable, alumbrado y recolecci\u00f3n de residuos.<br>\u2705 <strong>Fresnillo de Primera<\/strong>: Inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura, obra p\u00fablica y movilidad urbana para garantizar un crecimiento sostenible.<br>\u2705 <strong>Fresnillo para Todos<\/strong>: Un gobierno incluyente y cercano a la ciudadan\u00eda, fomentando la participaci\u00f3n y el respeto a los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este plan, se establecen <strong>metas claras y estrategias concretas<\/strong> para mejorar la calidad de vida en Fresnillo y construir un municipio m\u00e1s seguro,
